संकल्पयति संसारं परं पश्यति चित्स्थितम् ॥ ३० ॥

Thus, one (the mind) either projects the cycle of transmigration (saṃsāra) onto all beings, or again, onto some. Yet, one perceives the supreme (reality) as abiding in consciousness (cit).
