स्वादयत्येवमेषा चित्पृथक्पश्यति संस्थितिम् ।
या योदेति यथा यस्या जीवशक्तेः स्वसंसृतिः ॥ ४१ ॥

evam eṣā cit pṛthak saṃsthitim svādayati paśyati,
yā yasyāḥ jīvaśakteḥ svasaṃsṛtiḥ yathā udeti

Thus, this consciousness (cit) separately perceives and experiences each state of existence, just as its own cycle of transmigration (saṃsāra) arises according to the vital energy (jīvaśakti) of that individual soul.
