युधामन्योर्ध्वजं सूतं छत्रं चापातयत्क्षितौ ।
ततोऽपायाद्रथेनैव युधामन्युर्महारथः ॥५१॥

51. yudhāmanyordhvajaṁ sūtaṁ chatraṁ cāpātayatkṣitau ,
tato'pāyādrathenaiva yudhāmanyurmahārathaḥ.

51. tataḥ [kṛpaḥ] yudhāmanyoḥ dhvajaṃ sūtaṃ ca chatraṃ kṣitau
apātayat mahārathaḥ yudhāmanyuḥ rathena eva apāyāt

51. [Kṛpa, the best among weapon-bearers,] caused Yudhāmanyu's banner, charioteer, and canopy to fall to the ground. Thereupon, Yudhāmanyu, who was a great chariot-warrior (mahāratha), indeed withdrew with his chariot.
