महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-46, verse-25

एवमुक्त्वा ततः पार्थो ध्यायन्नास्ते महामनाः ।
चिरमन्तर्मना भूत्वा शोकोपहतचेतनः ॥२५॥
25. evamuktvā tataḥ pārtho dhyāyannāste mahāmanāḥ ,
ciramantarmanā bhūtvā śokopahatacetanaḥ.

25. Having spoken thus, Partha (Arjuna), the great-souled one (mahāmanāḥ), sat meditating (dhyāna) for a long time, his mind absorbed and his consciousness overwhelmed by sorrow (śoka).
