महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-107, verse-20

तद्युद्धमासीत्सुमहत्तयोस्तत्र पराक्रमे ।
यदभ्यधावद्गाङ्गेयं शिखण्डी शत्रुतापनः ॥२०॥
20. tadyuddhamāsītsumahattayostatra parākrame ,
yadabhyadhāvadgāṅgeyaṁ śikhaṇḍī śatrutāpanaḥ.

20. That battle, marked by their great valor, became very fierce there, especially when Shikhandi, the tormentor of enemies, rushed towards Bhishma (Gāṅgeya).
