महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-107, verse-12

तामापतन्तीं सहसा तस्य बाहोर्बलेरिताम् ।
सात्यकिः समरे राजंस्त्रिधा चिच्छेद सायकैः ।
सा पपात तदा भूमौ महोल्केव हतप्रभा ॥१२॥
12. tāmāpatantīṁ sahasā tasya bāhorbaleritām ,
sātyakiḥ samare rājaṁstridhā ciccheda sāyakaiḥ ,
sā papāta tadā bhūmau maholkeva hataprabhā.

bala īritām sātyakiḥ samare rājan

12. O king, in battle, Satyaki, with his arrows, cut into three parts that spear which was swiftly approaching and forcefully hurled from his (Bhagadatta's) arm. Then, like a great meteor whose brilliance had been extinguished, it fell to the ground.
