लोकेश्वरप्रभुत्वं हि महदेतद्दुरात्मभिः ।
राज्यं नामेप्सितं स्थानं न शक्यमभिरक्षितुम् ॥२४॥

24. Indeed, this great sovereignty (lokeśvara-prabhutvam) over the people, this desired position called a kingdom, cannot be properly maintained by wicked persons (durātman).
