महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-127, verse-41

तस्य चैतत्प्रदानस्य फलमद्यानुपश्यसि ।
यद्भुङ्क्षे पृथिवीं सर्वां शूरैर्निहतकण्टकाम् ॥४१॥
41. tasya caitatpradānasya phalamadyānupaśyasi ,
yadbhuṅkṣe pṛthivīṁ sarvāṁ śūrairnihatakaṇṭakām.
41. tasya ca etat pradānasya phalam adya anupaśyasi
yat bhuṅkṣe pṛthivīm sarvām śūraiḥ nihata kaṇṭakām
41. ca tasya pradānasya etat phalam adya anupaśyasi
yat śūraiḥ nihata kaṇṭakām sarvām pṛthivīm bhuṅkṣe
41. And you now see the result of that very grant, in that you enjoy the entire earth, with its adversaries (enemies) eliminated by heroes.
