महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-30, verse-21

स दीक्षापय गोविन्द त्वमात्मानं महाभुज ।
त्वयीष्टवति दाशार्ह विपाप्मा भविता ह्यहम् ॥२१॥
21. sa dīkṣāpaya govinda tvamātmānaṁ mahābhuja ,
tvayīṣṭavati dāśārha vipāpmā bhavitā hyaham.
21. sa dīkṣāpaya govinda tvam ātmānam mahābhuja
tvayi iṣṭavati dāśārha vipāpmā bhavitā hi aham
21. O Govinda, O mighty-armed one, you should perform the consecration (dīkṣā) yourself. Indeed, when you, O Dāśārha, have performed the Vedic ritual (yajña), I shall become free from sin.
