महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-57, verse-39

धमस्वापानमेतन्मे ततस्त्वं विप्र लप्स्यसे ।
ऐरावतसुतेनेह तवानीते हि कुण्डले ॥३९॥
39. dhamasvāpānametanme tatastvaṁ vipra lapsyase ,
airāvatasuteneha tavānīte hi kuṇḍale.

airāvatasutena iha tava ānīte hi kuṇḍale
39. vipra etat me dhamasvāpānam tataḥ tvam lapsyase

39. O brahmin, this is the 'drinking of smoke' ritual (dhamasvāpānam) for you, offered by me; perform it, and thereafter you will obtain (the earrings). Indeed, your earrings have been brought here by Airāvata's son.
