महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-18, verse-55

विचिन्वन्तं मनसा तोष्टुवीमि किंचित्तत्त्वं प्राणहेतोर्नतोऽस्मि ।
ददातु देवः स वरानिहेष्टानभिष्टुतो नः प्रभुरव्ययः सदा ॥५५॥
55. vicinvantaṁ manasā toṣṭuvīmi; kiṁcittattvaṁ prāṇahetornato'smi ,
dadātu devaḥ sa varāniheṣṭā;nabhiṣṭuto naḥ prabhuravyayaḥ sadā.

tattvam prāṇahetoḥ nataḥ asmi
dadātu devaḥ saḥ varān iha iṣṭān

55. I eagerly desire to praise that subtle principle (tattva) which is sought by the mind. For the sake of life, I bow down. May that eternal, imperishable lord, praised by us, always grant the desired boons here.
