महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-18, verse-25

गार्ग्य उवाच ।
चतुःषष्ट्यङ्गमददात्कालज्ञानं ममाद्भुतम् ।
सरस्वत्यास्तटे तुष्टो मनोयज्ञेन पाण्डव ॥२५॥
25. gārgya uvāca ,
catuḥṣaṣṭyaṅgamadadātkālajñānaṁ mamādbhutam ,
sarasvatyāstaṭe tuṣṭo manoyajñena pāṇḍava.
25. gārgyaḥ uvāca caturṣaṣṭyaṅgam adadāt kālajñānam mama
adbhutam sarasvatyāḥ taṭe tuṣṭaḥ manoyajñena pāṇḍava
25. Gārgya said: "O Pāṇḍava, pleased on the bank of the Sarasvatī, he granted me the marvelous sixty-four-fold knowledge of time by means of a mental Vedic ritual (manoyajña)."
