महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-323, verse-22

ततो व्रतस्यावभृथे वागुवाचाशरीरिणी ।
सुतप्तं वस्तपो विप्राः प्रसन्नेनान्तरात्मना ॥२२॥
22. tato vratasyāvabhṛthe vāguvācāśarīriṇī ,
sutaptaṁ vastapo viprāḥ prasannenāntarātmanā.

22. Then, at the culminating bath of their sacred vow, a disembodied voice spoke: "O learned ones (vipras), your spiritual austerity (tapas) has been perfectly performed with a pleased inner being (ātman)."
