महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-318, verse-62

श्रुत्वा ऋषिस्तद्वचनं शुकस्य प्रीतो महात्मा पुनराह चैनम् ।
भो भोः पुत्र स्थीयतां तावदद्य यावच्चक्षुः प्रीणयामि त्वदर्थम् ॥६२॥
62. śrutvā ṛṣistadvacanaṁ śukasya; prīto mahātmā punarāha cainam ,
bho bhoḥ putra sthīyatāṁ tāvadadya; yāvaccakṣuḥ prīṇayāmi tvadartham.
62. śrutvā ṛṣiḥ tat vacanam śukasya
prītaḥ mahātmā punaḥ āha ca enam
bhoḥ bhoḥ putra sthīyatām tāvat adya
yāvat cakṣuḥ prīṇayāmi tvadartham
62. Having heard Shuka's words, the great-souled sage (Vyasa), pleased, then spoke to him again: 'O son, please stay here for a while today, so that I may feast my eyes upon you.'
