नाभ्युत्थाने मनुष्याणां योगाः स्युर्नात्र संशयः ।
व्याधिभिश्च विमथ्यन्ते व्यालैः क्षुद्रमृगा इव ॥२९॥

29. nābhyutthāne manuṣyāṇāṁ yogāḥ syurnātra saṁśayaḥ ,
vyādhibhiśca vimathyante vyālaiḥ kṣudramṛgā iva.

29. na abhyutthāne manuṣyāṇāṃ yogāḥ syuḥ na atra saṃśayaḥ
vyādhibhiḥ ca vimathyante vyālaiḥ kṣudramṛgāḥ iva

29. There are no means (yoga) for the upliftment of human beings; there is no doubt about this. They are tormented by diseases, just as small animals are harassed by wild beasts.
