महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-316, verse-18

न हिंस्यात्सर्वभूतानि मैत्रायणगतश्चरेत् ।
नेदं जन्म समासाद्य वैरं कुर्वीत केनचित् ॥१८॥
18. na hiṁsyātsarvabhūtāni maitrāyaṇagataścaret ,
nedaṁ janma samāsādya vairaṁ kurvīta kenacit.
