महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-126, verse-15

इह द्रक्ष्यामि तं पुत्रं द्रक्ष्यामीहेति पार्थिवः ।
एवमाशाकृतो राजंश्चरन्वनमिदं पुरा ॥१५॥
15. iha drakṣyāmi taṁ putraṁ drakṣyāmīheti pārthivaḥ ,
evamāśākṛto rājaṁścaranvanamidaṁ purā.
15. iha drakṣyāmi tam putram drakṣyāmi iha iti
pārthivaḥ evam āśākṛtaḥ rājan caran vanam idam purā
15. rājan purā pārthivaḥ evam āśākṛtaḥ iha idam
vanam caran tam putram iha drakṣyāmi iti
15. O king, long ago, the king (Daśaratha), filled with such hope, wandered in this forest, thinking, 'I will see that son here, I will see him here.'
