पार्श्वाभ्यामूरुमध्याच्च कटिपार्श्वद्वयात्तथा ।
शिरोंसद्बयमध्याभ्यां लोकालोकः स लक्ष्यते ॥ ४० ॥

pārśvābhyāmūrumadhyācca kaṭipārśvadvayāttathā ,
śiroṃsadbayamadhyābhyāṃ lokālokaḥ sa lakṣyate 40

40. pārśvābhyām ūrumadhyāt ca kaṭipārśvadvayāt tathā
śiraṃsadvayamadhyābhyām lokālokaḥ saḥ lakṣyate

40. saḥ lokālokaḥ pārśvābhyām ūrumadhyāt ca
kaṭipārśvadvayāt tathā śiraṃsadvayamadhyābhyām lakṣyate

40. That Lokāloka mountain is perceived from both sides, from the middle of the thighs, and similarly from both hip-sides and from between the head and shoulders.
