Consciousness in motion (cit-spanda) alone is the totality of creation. From this, indeed, arises the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra). This vibration (parispanda) is truly supreme, comparable to the vibration of words such as 'Vindhya' (which are not the objects themselves).
