योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-101, verse-10

कुम्भ उवाच ।
मनस्युपशमं याते त्यक्तभोगैषणे स्थिते ।
कषायपाके निर्वृत्ते सर्वेन्द्रियगणस्य च ॥ १० ॥
kumbha uvāca ,
manasyupaśamaṃ yāte tyaktabhogaiṣaṇe sthite ,
kaṣāyapāke nirvṛtte sarvendriyagaṇasya ca 10
10. manasi upaśamam yāte tyaktabhogaiṣaṇe sthite
