आत्मावलोकने यत्नः कर्तव्यो भूतिमिच्छता ।
सर्वदुःखशिरश्छेद आत्मालोकेन जायते ॥ ४६ ॥

46. Effort should be made towards realizing the supreme self (ātman) by one who desires well-being (bhūti). For the complete eradication (cutting off the head) of all suffering arises from self-realization (ātman-aloka).
