योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-75, verse-3

निरञ्जनतया बुद्धो जनतां पालयंश्चिरम् ।
जीवन्मुक्ताकृतिर्नित्यं मनू राज्यमपालयत् ॥ ३ ॥
nirañjanatayā buddho janatāṃ pālayaṃściram ,
