योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-23, verse-29

सुखावहैषा नगरी नित्यं वै विदितात्मनः ।
भोगमोक्षप्रदा चैषा शक्रस्येवामरावती ॥ २९ ॥
sukhāvahaiṣā nagarī nityaṃ vai viditātmanaḥ ,
bhogamokṣapradā caiṣā śakrasyevāmarāvatī 29
29. sukhāvahā eṣā nagarī nityam vai viditātmanaḥ
bhogamokṣapradā ca eṣā śakrasya iva amarāvatī
29. eṣā nagarī viditātmanaḥ nityam vai sukhāvahā
ca eṣā śakrasya amarāvatī iva bhogamokṣapradā
29. This city (nagarī) is always a bringer of happiness to one who knows the self (ātman). Furthermore, this (city) bestows both enjoyment and final liberation (mokṣa), just as Amarāvatī does for Indra (Śakra).
