वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-40, verse-25

अहं तु रावणं हत्वा सपुत्रं सहबान्धवम् ।
मैथिलीमानयिष्यामि शक्रो नष्टामिव श्रियम् ॥२५॥
25. ahaṃ tu rāvaṇaṃ hatvā saputraṃ sahabāndhavam ,
maithilīmānayiṣyāmi śakro naṣṭāmiva śriyam.
25. ahaṃ tu rāvaṇaṃ hatvā saputraṃ sahabāndhavam
maithilīm ānayiṣyāmi śakraḥ naṣṭām iva śriyam
25. But I, after killing Ravana along with his sons and kinsmen, will bring back Maithili, just as Indra restores lost prosperity (śrī).
