मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-20, verse-55

तदेतश्वरत्नं ते मया भूप निवेदितम् ।
पुत्रमाज्ञापय तथा यथा धर्मो न लुप्यते ॥५५॥
55. tadetaśvaratnaṃ te mayā bhūpa niveditam .
putramājñāpaya tathā yathā dharmo na lupyate.
55. tat etat aśvaratnam te mayā bhūpa niveditam |
putram ājñāpaya tathā yathā dharmaḥ na lupyate
55. O King, this excellent horse has been presented by me to you. Please instruct your son in such a way that the natural law (dharma) is not violated.
