मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-20, verse-14

विना ताभ्यां न बुभुजे न सस्त्रौ न पपौ मधु ।
न रराम न जग्राह शास्त्राण्यात्मगुणर्धये ॥१४॥
