महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-35, verse-45

स तु वव्रे वरं देवांस्त्रातुमर्हथ मामितः ।
यश्चेहोपस्पृशेत्कूपे स सोमपगतिं लभेत् ॥४५॥

45. sa tu vavre varaṁ devāṁstrātumarhatha māmitaḥ ,
yaścehopaspṛśetkūpe sa somapagatiṁ labhet.

yaḥ ca iha upaspṛśet kūpe saḥ somapagatim labhet

45. But he requested a boon: "O gods, you ought to protect me from this (predicament). And whoever bathes in this well (kūpa) here, he shall attain the destination of those who drink Soma."
