महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-1, verse-43

विद्वन्क्षत्तर्महाप्राज्ञ त्वं गतिर्भरतर्षभ ।
ममानाथस्य सुभृशं पुत्रैर्हीनस्य सर्वशः ।
एवमुक्त्वा ततो भूयो विसंज्ञो निपपात ह ॥४३॥

43. vidvankṣattarmahāprājña tvaṁ gatirbharatarṣabha ,
mamānāthasya subhṛśaṁ putrairhīnasya sarvaśaḥ ,
evamuktvā tato bhūyo visaṁjño nipapāta ha.

43. O learned charioteer (kṣattṛ), O greatly wise one, O best among the Bharatas! You are the refuge for me, who is utterly helpless and entirely bereft of sons. Having spoken thus, he then indeed fell unconscious once more.
