महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-56, verse-21

भीमसेनस्तु तं क्रुद्धो विव्याध त्रिंशता शरैः ।
सारथिं च त्रिभिर्बाणैराजघान परंतपः ॥२१॥
21. bhīmasenastu taṁ kruddho vivyādha triṁśatā śaraiḥ ,
sārathiṁ ca tribhirbāṇairājaghāna paraṁtapaḥ.
21. bhīmasenaḥ tu tam kruddhaḥ vivyādha triṃśatā śaraiḥ
sārathim ca tribhiḥ bāṇaiḥ ājaghāna paraṃtapaḥ
21. tu paraṃtapaḥ kruddhaḥ bhīmasenaḥ tam triṃśatā
śaraiḥ vivyādha ca sārathim tribhiḥ bāṇaiḥ ājaghāna
21. But Bhimasena, enraged, pierced him with thirty arrows. And that tormentor of foes also struck the charioteer with three arrows.
