महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-135, verse-28

द्रौणिरेवमथाभाष्य पार्षतं परवीरहा ।
छादयामास बाणौघैः समन्ताल्लघुहस्तवत् ॥२८॥
28. drauṇirevamathābhāṣya pārṣataṁ paravīrahā ,
chādayāmāsa bāṇaughaiḥ samantāllaghuhastavat.

chādayāmāsa bāṇaughaiḥ samantāt laghuhastavat

28. Then, Aśvatthāmā, the slayer of enemy heroes, having thus addressed Dhṛṣṭadyumna, swiftly overwhelmed him from all sides with multitudes of arrows.
