महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-135, verse-16

ततोऽब्रवीत्सकैकेयान्पाञ्चालान्गौतमीसुतः ।
प्रहरध्वमितः सर्वे मम गात्रे महारथाः ।
स्थिरीभूताश्च युध्यध्वं दर्शयन्तोऽस्त्रलाघवम् ॥१६॥

praharadhvamitaḥ sarve mama gātre mahārathāḥ ,
sthirībhūtāśca yudhyadhvaṁ darśayanto'stralāghavam.

16. Then, the son of Gautamī (Aśvatthāman) addressed the Kaikeyas and Pañcālas, saying: "All you great charioteers (mahārathas), strike my body from this very spot! Stand firm and fight, demonstrating your skill and agility with weapons."
