महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-63, verse-45

बलवत्प्रतिविद्धस्य नस्तः शोणितमागमत् ।
तदप्राप्तं महीं पार्थः पाणिभ्यां प्रत्यगृह्णत ॥४५॥
45. balavatpratividdhasya nastaḥ śoṇitamāgamat ,
tadaprāptaṁ mahīṁ pārthaḥ pāṇibhyāṁ pratyagṛhṇata.
45. balavat pratividdhasya nastaḥ śoṇitam āgamat tat
aprāptam mahīm pārthaḥ pāṇibhyām prati agṛhṇata
45. From the nose of him who was violently struck, blood flowed. Pārtha (Yudhiṣṭhira) caught that blood with both hands before it could reach the ground.
