महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-63, verse-18

राज्ञस्ततः समाचख्यौ मन्त्री विजयमुत्तमम् ।
पराजयं कुरूणां चाप्युपायान्तं तथोत्तरम् ॥१८॥
18. rājñastataḥ samācakhyau mantrī vijayamuttamam ,
parājayaṁ kurūṇāṁ cāpyupāyāntaṁ tathottaram.

parājayam kurūṇām ca api upāyāntam tathā uttaram
18. Then the minister reported to the king the excellent victory, the defeat of the Kauravas, and likewise the approaching Uttara.
