महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-16, verse-46

नार्हामि विषये राज्ञो वसन्ती पुत्रगृद्धिनः ।
बालं पुत्रमुपादातुं मेघलेखेव भास्करम् ॥४६॥

46. nārhāmi viṣaye rājño vasantī putragṛddhinaḥ ,
bālaṁ putramupādātuṁ meghalekheva bhāskaram.

46. Dwelling in the territory of the king, who yearns for a son, I should not take this child away, just as a line of clouds should not obscure the sun.

46. אין זה ראוי לי, כשאני שוכנת בממלכת מלך הנכסף לבן, לקחת את הילד כבן, כשם שפס עננים אינו יכול לקחת את השמש.
