महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-16, verse-13

रूपवान्वीर्यसंपन्नः श्रीमानतुलविक्रमः ।
नित्यं दीक्षाकृशतनुः शतक्रतुरिवापरः ॥१३॥
13. rūpavānvīryasaṁpannaḥ śrīmānatulavikramaḥ ,
nityaṁ dīkṣākṛśatanuḥ śatakraturivāparaḥ.

nityaṃ dīkṣākṛśatanuḥ śatakratuḥ iva aparaḥ
13. He was handsome, endowed with valor, glorious, and of unequaled prowess. His body was always emaciated by sacred vows (dīkṣā), like another Indra (śatakratu).
