महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-18, chapter-5, verse-37

अह्ना यदेनः कुरुते इन्द्रियैर्मनसापि वा ।
महाभारतमाख्याय पश्चात्संध्यां प्रमुच्यते ॥३७॥
37. ahnā yadenaḥ kurute indriyairmanasāpi vā ,
mahābhāratamākhyāya paścātsaṁdhyāṁ pramucyate.

mahābhāratam ākhyāya paścāt sandhyām pramucyate

37. Whatever sin one commits during the day, whether by the senses or even by the mind, one is released from it by narrating the Mahābhārata and then performing the twilight ritual (sandhyā).
