महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-18, chapter-2, verse-11

द्रष्टुमिच्छामि तां चाहं पाञ्चालीं धर्मचारिणीम् ।
न चेह स्थातुमिच्छामि सत्यमेतद्ब्रवीमि वः ॥११॥
11. draṣṭumicchāmi tāṁ cāhaṁ pāñcālīṁ dharmacāriṇīm ,
na ceha sthātumicchāmi satyametadbravīmi vaḥ.
11. draṣṭum icchāmi tām ca aham pāñcālīm dharma-cāriṇīm
na ca iha sthātum icchāmi satyam etat bravīmi vaḥ
11. aham tām dharma-cāriṇīm pāñcālīm draṣṭum icchāmi
ca iha sthātum na icchāmi etat satyam vaḥ bravīmi
11. I wish to see that Pañcālī, who always adheres to righteousness (dharma). I truly do not wish to remain here; this truth I tell you.
