न वामनाः कुब्जकृशा न खञ्जा नान्धा जडाः स्त्री न नपुंसकं च ।

53. Neither dwarfs, nor hunchbacks and emaciated persons, nor lame, nor blind, nor dull-witted persons, nor a woman, nor an eunuch should be present (at the counsel). And no one should move about here, neither sideways, nor in front, nor behind, nor above, nor below.
