आगन्तुश्चानुरक्तोऽपि काममस्तु बहुश्रुतः ।
सत्कृतः संविभक्तो वा न मन्त्रं श्रोतुमर्हति ॥३६॥

36. Even a newcomer, though he may be devoted, indeed very learned, honored, or treated with shared confidence, is not worthy of hearing secret counsel (mantra).
