महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-84, verse-22

देशकालविधानज्ञान्भर्तृकार्यहितैषिणः ।
नित्यमर्थेषु सर्वेषु राजा कुर्वीत मन्त्रिणः ॥२२॥
