योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-86, verse-8

परमाणुरथो भूत्वा ततस्त्वन्तर्द्धिमाययौ ।
इत्यसौ शममायातः शरदम्बुदखण्डवत् ॥ ८ ॥

8. Having then become an atom, it subsequently vanished. In this way, that entity attained a cessation, like a fragment of an autumn cloud.
