योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-145, verse-6

श्रोत्रं त्वगीक्षणं घ्राणं जिह्वा चेतीहितात्मकः ।
संघातः प्रोच्यते जीवश्चिद्रूपोऽनिलमूर्तिमान् ॥ ६ ॥

6. The aggregate of the ear, skin, eye, nose, and tongue, whose nature is activity, is called the individual soul (jīva), which possesses the form of consciousness and has a body made of vital breath (anila).
