रसानुरिक्ते वातेन जीव आपूर्यते यदा ।
ओजोन्तरणुमात्रात्मा तदा तत्रैव विन्दते ॥ ३४ ॥

34. When the individual life-force (jīva) is completely filled by the vital breath (vāta) while permeated with vital essence (rasa), then the vital energy (ojas), whose true nature (ātman) is that of an extremely subtle particle within, is realized right there.
