(yadā doṣāḥ) antaḥ ca bahiḥ ca eva kṣubdhaiḥ svalpaiḥ (bhavanti tadā) svalpaṃ prapaśyati.

59.
When the humors (doṣas) are agitated (kṣubdhaiḥ) and diminished (svalpaiḥ) both internally and externally, one perceives little. Conversely, when the vāta, pitta, kapha, and other such factors are balanced (samaiḥ), this visible world (dṛśyam) is perceived as balanced.
