जगप्सप्रतिघं नास्ति किंचिदेव कदाचन ।
जीवेक्षणानामक्षाणां दृष्टिरप्रतिघा जगत् ॥ ४ ॥

jīvekṣaṇānāmakṣāṇāṃ dṛṣṭirapratighā jagat 4

4. jagat sa-pratigham na asti kiñcit eva kadācana .
jīva-īkṣaṇānām akṣāṇām dṛṣṭiḥ apratighā jagat || 4 ||

4. Nothing in the world is ever truly obstructive or resistant. The perception of the senses (akṣa) – the individual soul's (jīva) means of observation – is itself the unobstructed world.
