बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-6, verse-31

तथाक्षवेदभागानामधिपाश्चरभे क्रियात् ।
स्थिरे सिंहाद् द्विभेचापात् विधीशविष्णवश्चरे ॥३१॥
31. tathākṣavedabhāgānāmadhipāścarabhe kriyāt .
sthire siṃhād dvibhecāpāt vidhīśaviṣṇavaścare.

31. Similarly, the lords of the nine-part divisions (navamāṃśa) in movable signs begin from Aries, in fixed signs from Leo, and in dual signs from Sagittarius. Brahma, Shiva, and Vishnu are the presiding deities (for these divisions).
