एवं वीर्यो मरुत्तोभून्महाराजो महाबलः ।
तस्याप्रतिहतं चक्रमासीद्द्वीपेषु सप्तसु ॥४९॥

Thus was King Marutta, valorous and greatly powerful. His unchallenged dominion (cakra) extended over the seven continents (dvīpa).
