मरुत्त उवाच ।
मित्रं वा बान्धवो वाऽपि पिता वा यदि वा गुरुः ।
प्रजापालनविघ्नाय यो हन्तव्यः स भूभृता ॥२७॥

27. marutta uvāca .
mitraṃ vā bāndhavo vā'pi pitā vā yadi vā guruḥ .
prajāpālanavighnāya yo hantavyaḥ sa bhūbhṛtā.

Marutta said: Whether it is a friend, a relative, or even a father, or a spiritual teacher (guru), anyone who obstructs the protection of the subjects should be killed by a king (bhūbhṛt).
