मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-128, verse-4

प्राहासकृच्चानुलुप्तवर्णक्रममुदारधीः ।
स निशम्य गुरोर्वाक्यं दृष्ट्वा तं च पुनः पुनः ॥४॥
4. prāhāsakṛccānuluptavarṇakramamudāradhīḥ .
sa niśamya gurorvākyaṃ dṛṣṭvā taṃ ca punaḥ punaḥ.
4. prāha asakṛt ca anuluptavarṇakramam udāradhīḥ saḥ
niśamya guroḥ vākyam dṛṣṭvā tam ca punaḥ punaḥ
4. The noble-minded one spoke repeatedly, his sequence of letters being indistinct. And he, having heard his preceptor's (guru) words and having seen him again and again...
