शल्य उवाच ।
एतच्छ्रुत्वा तु तक्षा स महेन्द्रवचनं तदा ।
शिरांस्यथ त्रिशिरसः कुठारेणाच्छिनत्तदा ॥३४॥

etacchrutvā tu takṣā sa mahendravacanaṁ tadā ,
śirāṁsyatha triśirasaḥ kuṭhāreṇācchinattadā.

34. Shalya said: Then, having heard this command from Mahendra, that craftsman immediately cut off the heads of the three-headed one with an axe.
